Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, undrilled, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.


Return Process

  • To start a return, please contact our support team with your order details.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, an approved return will be refunded minus a 30% restocking fee.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of return approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Shipping Policy

  1. Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. For in-stock items, All orders require up to 1 week for processing before shipment , please allow up to 7 business days for tracking information to appear on your invoice after placing your order.
    Made-to-order and out-of-stock items may have varying lead times depending on production and availability.
    If tracking has not updated after the 7th business day, please contact us with your order number and we will respond within 24–48 hours.

  2. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend being available during the expected delivery window. Once an order is marked as “Delivered,” Kahlwerks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
